The foam is okay overall and does what I needed mostly. It feels decent, but the cuts on it could be more clean, if that makes sense. Not bad, just not super perfect either.

"I was hoping this foam would be a..."
I was hoping this foam would be a lot tougher, but it tore way sooner than I expected and didn’t really protect my tools as well as I needed. I’m disappointed, and the next steps aren’t very clear either—like whether I’m supposed to return it, ask for a replacement, or just deal with it.

Shadowfoam.com gave me a good first impression straight away. It just sort of felt clear and easy to navigate without me having to think too much about where to click next. The layout is tidy, the photos and colours make it obvious what they’re selling, and I could find the main bits without any hassle. A couple of sections felt slightly busy at first glance, but nothing that really put me off. Overall, it’s a good-looking site and feels simple enough to use.

"Pretty good fit after I trim it a little"
I ordered this foam for my toolbox and it fit close right away. Cutting out the custom shapes was easy enough too. It only took me one try to get it looking neat, though the corners wasn’t perfect. Overall I’m happy with it and it did what I need.

I ordered from shadowfoam.com thinking it would show up within a few days, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected.

I kept checking the tracking and it barely moved the whole time. There weren’t really any clear updates unless I went digging for them myself, that part was weird.

By the time it finally arrived, I’d pretty much lost interest in the project I bought it for. It might be okay if you’re not in a hurry, but I wouldn’t use them again for anything I needed quickly.

"Honestly, solid support"
I had an issue and, yeah, I wasn’t really sure how long it’d take to get sorted, but support jumped in and fixed it quickly. No back-and-forth hassle or anything, which I really appreciated.

"A little pricey for what you get"
It feels a bit expensive for what it is. It’s fine, but I was kind of expecting a little more for the price.
